These terms govern use of the DAVS website and paid consultation service operated by Dankore Software Limited.
Service
Paying the consultation fee purchases a scheduled consultation and related intake process described on this site. Larger admission, scholarship, or visa engagements require a separate agreement and fees.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee admission, funding, or a visa. Schools, funders, and government authorities make those decisions.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information. Pay school, exam, embassy, and third-party fees yourself unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Payments
Prices are shown in NGN (Paystack) and USD (Stripe). You choose the method at checkout. Fees are due as stated on the consultation page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Abuja, Nigeria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
