Refund policy

This policy covers the paid consultation fee on this site.

Consultation fee

The consultation fee is generally non-refundable once payment succeeds. It covers our time to receive your intake, review your profile, and schedule or respond as described.

Exceptions

We may refund if payment was duplicated in error, or if we cancel and cannot provide the consultation. Chargebacks and processor disputes are handled under Paystack or Stripe rules.

Larger engagements

Admission packages, scholarship success fees, and visa work follow the refund terms in the signed agreement for that engagement — not this page alone.

How to request

Email support@dankoresoft.com with your payment reference and reason. We respond within a reasonable time.
